Have a question, a bug to report, a feature suggestion, or a business inquiry? Reach out at saeed.mudassar13@gmail.com, and I'll get back to you personally. ClearQR is built and maintained by one person, not a support team, so every message is read and answered by the same person who wrote the code.
Before you write in
A lot of common questions are already answered on the FAQ page: how QR codes work, static vs. dynamic codes, adding a logo, commercial use, and more. It's worth a quick check first, since it'll usually get you an answer faster than waiting on a reply.
Reporting a bug
Since ClearQR doesn't collect accounts, analytics, or usage data, I generally can't look up "what happened" on your end from my side; the details have to come from you. If something isn't working right, including as much of the following as you can will make it much faster to track down:
- Which QR type you were using (Wi-Fi, WhatsApp, vCard, etc.)
- Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone)
- What you expected to happen, versus what actually happened
- A screenshot, if the issue is visual
Feature requests
If there's a QR type, a download format, or a customization option missing that would genuinely be useful to you, say so. Real requests from real users are exactly how a small, focused tool like this one is supposed to grow; see the About page for more on that philosophy.
Business and press inquiries
For partnership, business, or press inquiries, email works best, or you can reach out via LinkedIn.
What I can't help with
Because nothing you type into a generator is ever sent to ClearQR's servers, I have no way to see, recover, or look up the content of a QR code you previously created. If you've lost the details for a code you made (a Wi-Fi password, a saved message, and so on), you'll need to regenerate it from scratch with the original information.
